Learning Enrichment Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and passionate educator with leadership experience to join our team in the role of Learning Enrichment Coordinator. This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to lead a dedicated team who will be responsible for managing learning support and enrichment opportunities throughout the school by delivering effective and targeted support for students with diverse learning needs across Prep to Year 12.


The successful applicant will need to have a thorough understanding of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) and the schools’ obligations under the Disability Standards for Education 2005, leading and enacting this process.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Provide leadership in creating learning strategies tailored to students requiring extra support.
*  Support staff to align teaching practices with the school's educational values and goals.
*  Enhance the profile of the Learning Enrichment Team within the school and the wider community.
*  Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and oversee the NCCD process implementation.

About You:

*  You are a qualified teacher and a skilled educator with experience in learning support and team leadership.
*  You have a track record of fostering a culture of achievement and engagement for students with diverse learning needs.
*  You possess strong communication and leadership skills, along with a passion for guiding and supporting staff.
